Shipping

Every Sniffwell product ships from a US-based maker. Delivery times depend on the maker, and you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. If your order includes items from more than one maker, they may arrive in separate packages.

Returns

If your dog doesn't love it, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return or exchange. Damaged or wrong item? Send us a photo and we'll make it right.

Holiday orders

We post a holiday order cut-off date at the top of the site in December. Order before it for delivery by December 24.
